How do I buy a number?
Top up your balance first, then open the Order page: choose a service (for example Telegram), a country, and optionally an operator, pick a price from the server list, and confirm. Your number appears immediately under Active Orders and waits for the SMS code for up to 20 minutes.
The OTP never arrived — what happens to my money?
If no SMS arrives within the activation window, the order expires and the full amount is returned to your SIMTrash balance automatically. You can also cancel a waiting activation yourself at any time — cancelling returns the full amount to your balance right away.
